Very interesting mix of businesses. 

The closing of this business is what lead me to “double down” on real estate. 

What is the audience and goal of the marketing plan?

I’m a business owner and aspiring real estate investor looking to learn, grow, and connect with like-minded people.

Speak to lenders, have a nice package together: they will want an SREO, your background, your assets/ income etc, they will want your "business plan", your underwriting, your capex breakdown line by line. 

Currently building the fix and flip/wholesale part of my business as my active income arm of Hammerhead Capital Inc.

I am stumped as to if it is worth it to get a business bank account or just open a normal checking and savings account. 

So, I am asking for some advice on how to prepare a pricing and marketing plan to try and rent it as soon after closing as I can.

Although, I am very interested in learning about real estate full time but not willing to make it a business.

I never was able to coordinate a consistent quarterly meeting for planning, I never knew who to contact because they have multiple levels of their workers and people were constantly moving in and out of the organization.
