I would only add these two: FIRST - people constantly ask which algorithm to use to get their prices set.

That means their pricing tool is designed to price beneath the rest of the market, which drags the entire market down, especially when combined with their algorithm changes a couple years ago that made pricing (IE lower prices) the #1 factor in ranking.Even if you use an external pricing tool, it gets dragged down by the people using Airbnb's pricing. 

Make sure to put Alt Text on each photo you have uploaded so Airbnb's algorithm will list you in as many categories as possible. 

Easy things, but they trigger the algorithm.  

It is very algorithmic-ly dictated based on and numbers and percentages. 

Overall we have just a basic idea of how their algorithm works.

One of the easiest things that you can do to "talk" to the algorithm is search your property and heart it. 

I find it continues to impact their algorithms as they continue to figure out how to attract hosts and guests and it further proliferates and already saturated market.  

The algorithm likes bright/colorful photos.
