I was a realtor at the time and was able to watch it come on and off the market for a long time with no one touching it.

It will probably take more than one touch if youre doing direct mail.

One touch won’t  get the deal.

It would stink to get stuck with a pickleball court no one touches in ten years. 

I want the financial freedom to eat as many crablegs as I can during this lifetime, and to have multiple people massage every single one of my extremities (just 4 people... the fifth one is off limits ... besides my left arm hurts to no one touches my lefty ).
