I have found several deals, but I am stumped on how to present myself and my business. Can anyone help with examples that arent so basic and short i want a personal touch.

@Jaxon Edward Key this is kind of vague. Are you talking about how to present yourself to potential buyers for deals that you want to wholesale to them? If so, just call them and say "Hi, ny name is Jaxon, and I source discounted single family fixers in [city] and I was looking to see if you are looking to buy there?". I'm pretty good at dispo, and I've found when you keep it simple like that, they respect it, plus they are business people who don't have time for anything longer. Be ready to go with a deal you want to present, because a lot of times they respond with "What ya got?", so you respond with, "I have a 3 bed/2 bath over on the east side of town, ask is [the amount you want for it] and I think once it's fixed up, it would be worth [ARV]. It's currently vacant (or whatever the situation is), etc.". From there, be ready to text or email them a link to the pictures, usually from a Google drive folder, along with the salient details in the email or text:

Address

Bed/Bath Count

Bldg SF

Lot SF

Year Built

ARV, Ask, Repairs

Notes as far as location of property (Down the street from Target and Walmart, as well as the high school) and any details on property, i.e. "Tenant will vacate at closing" or "Roof was replaced three years ago", etc.
