Their online reviews on google seem great and everything is 5 stars but I promise you the team is terrible.

Change your filter to show 5-star reviewed items only.

If you are a rookie and investing out of state, you are going to need an all star team.

It costs $10 to register to attend the events, but your attendance comes with an all you can eat buffet at The Asian Star Buffet.

They're $99, rated 4.5 stars and I've never had a problem with one. 

So I steer clear of them and instruct my team to pass those people along to me to handle.I also have nothing more than my word and all of our 80+ all 5 star reviews. 

They luckily took it in stride (and the grocery store is 10-minutes away) and still left us a 5-star review.But now, I'm wondering what can be simplified and what are more sustainable practices in the long run.

@Marc Shin ask every guest that stays with you for a 5 star review after their stay.
