As a Landlord who has No Smoking policy, I understand that smoking weed is apart of that but what about Medical Marijuana?

About 10 years ago the tenant was found to be growing many  marijuana plants inside the house which I didn't know about.

With some of my stock picks haven't gone well - bought cannabis stock since I thought it would go up in value as marijuana is legalized in more states.  

Well, how about if a prospective tenant shows up wearing sunglasses at night and a cap with a big marijuana leaf printed on the front and all over the sides? 

With weed, you run into issues of medical marijuana and people making claims of medical necessity.

Very strit Marijuana & driving regs over there for obvious reasons.

This new law is to stop what's happening in the black market/marijuana trade and to help the attorney general crack down by having affidavits filed.

For example I am LP in a fund that is very diversified (storage units, MF, Mobile homes, etc), a fund that specializes in taking garages and converting them to ADUs in MF, and a fund that includes a marijuana cultivation and retail store in NM.  

He wanders around all day and night with ten and twenty thousand, smoking Marijuana keeping up with the rents and repairs.
