@Paulo Silva - look at a rent website such as RentJungle.com and see what types of apartments are available in the area.Also look at unemployment rates, new job rates, recent sales of rental buildings - these can give you an idea of the rental market in the specific area.If you are within driving distance, drive to a local REIA meeting in Scranton - other investors will be there and can give you an idea of the market as well.
