My approach is to take a few minutes per quarter and make sure it is accurate by manually checking my true competition and adjustmenting prices accordingly. 

Would say there is a 90% chance USD will devalue and inflation will skyrocket 4th quarter of 2025.  

And then decide what it will take every quarter, month, week, and day to be able to achieve those goals.

Even better if a value add basement or garage guest quarter for you to live in.
