I currently have around 20k cash for a down payment and that is steadily increasing so I want to pull the trigger soon.I'm interested in Fort Wayne for a few reasons:- I have some family in the area (they won't be involved, but have some general knowledge of the area)- Decent schools- Low crime- Airport- Low pricesAny advice or connections are welcome as I am completely new to this.

However, your revenue is really low.

This would be in central Jersey which is still a hot market as a result of record low inventory.I am planning to do this strategy since I want to put low money down (10%) on a construction loan and achieve a quick build to lower my holding fees. 

Either pay cash for it or get a low interest C.C.  

The PM rate in every area is different, in my experience, some are low percentage and low quality and then there are some that have high percentage and low quality.

@Tyran BlockMake me under 25 again and I'd look to acquire a 2-4 unit property with an FHA low-down payment mortgage.

I’m looking for ideas of how to do this, and any advice on how to protect my primary property along with paying low taxes. 

And the laws and regulations here are very different, not very strict like the states.Prices are high and rents are low over here.
