I have read them multiple times and will read them again as they are worth the laughter and are filled with excellent tips.

My thought is that the sellers (currently estate managers as owners have passed) would be motivated to move quickly if we take the tenant problem off their hands.Now, this probably raises lots of red flags, potentially even prompts some laughter at what a terrible it is, which is why I'm here asking!

The phrase, "if I find a rental property, say a duplex worth 100k" elicits wild, hooting laughter in most of the country. lol. 

Hopefully, I have provide enough info so you can help me, help me that is after you have dried your tears from laughter!
