So, I don't want to expand that tool beyond what it is today.1) If anyone out there knows of such a dashboard for a small investor (I have 5 commercial leases and 14 residential), please share the information on where I can buy a template.2) If any of you are interested in working together to develop this tool, I am happy to meet and build a wish list for features that we can divide up the work and complete it faster. 

Currently, I own Luxury Autowerks, an auto shop in Denver, and I personally self-manage the ski-in/ski-out short-term rental in Keystone, CO while also helping to diversify and expand my families real estate portfolio.My long-term goal is to own apartment buildings (100+ Doors), and I’m taking my first steps into acquiring our first small multifamily property.

I suspect even the banks who are aggressively expanding are doing so merely to sure up their geographical presence  to in order to expand their customer base but will then pull back on their branch numbers.Unless there is significant term remaining on the lease, there are other retail concepts that would be deemed more marketable.
