New Deals - New Investors - What Does A New Deal Look Like - We Explain

When first starting out in real estate there is a lot to know. Here is what a HUD looks like. This is the document Escrow produces to complete the sale. By the way, if anyone says they "close outside of escrow", laugh at them and run away. Look at the detail a transaction requires plus you need to track this information for tax reporting. If you want to be successful in real estate, do things the right way. Now, is this gibberish to you? Do you think you can do this on your own?

And what is the difference between this transaction if it's in CA or TX or FL or is a SubTo or a Wrap or you are in IL and the property is in GA (OOS)? There are a lot of variables depending on how and where you buy. Talk with someone who can guide you.
