I could be that I am jaded because my STR that operated legally since 1999and paid all its occupancy taxes did not get an STR permit in spite of having maximum lottery entries (maximum Lottery entries was for STRs over 5 years old).

Also maybe I'm jaded, but people can not pay your rent and damage your whole house in even class B neighborhoods.

@Jade Lindquist the best data, in my opinion, is presenting in the Skyline report.

Any agent that is advertising here as a preferred agent or gets hit up from the forums ends up filtering out a lot of people who most likely will never close a deal and after a while they get a little jaded to the prospect of someone else coming in fresh and needing a lot of help.
