Honestly , my attention is focused on holding properties in the Spartanburg area due the amount of colleges, close proximities to Miliken Plant, BMW, Adidas, sub contractors for BMW, Walgreens Distribution and so much more. 

(to quote Adidas).So far, my current real estate plan is to buy and hold a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single family house somewhere around the $300k to $400k range.

I get mail from Nike, Adidas and tons of other brands all the time.

(Listing criteria clearlys states credit must be 700+, no evictions, etc.).Tenant applicant: Dufus shows up, parks in the middle of the street, blocking all traffic, wearing a stupid looking adidas track suit.

"Hmm, you shouldn't have those new Adidas shoes, you're renting for pete's sake!"
