I feel that I am ready to take the leap but at the same time hate the taste of failure.

I’ve recently got a taste of a successful real estate deal and I’m hooked.

Just my personal taste. 

Call to agents and all other knowledgeable professionals: Just curious, would it not have been contractually possible or just in bad taste to have reduced our offer at this time? 

Consider your cash flow, lifestyle taste, DIY skills, and long-term plans.

But please add lighting with taste!

From 2003-2009 I was 20 years old and had my first real job and taste of Real Estate for a mortgage company at HomeBridge Mortgage Bankers in south Florida.It was a crazy market and a crazier place to work, but I learned from a great salesman, who 'learned' under the tutelage of Jordan Belfort how to sell and 'do' mortgages. 

It's like a box of chocolates; some are sweet (tenants paying rent), and some are... let's say, an acquired taste (a few non-payers).Now, here's where I need help or wisdom.

After this delay we have a sour taste in our mouth and have started crunching numbers.

What I have offered in the past, and will offer to ANY Morris Invest/Oceanpointe client, is to drive by your home free of charge and try to get you pictures and a good idea on where your property stands.No investor should have this spur of a taste in their mouth when it comes to our wonderful city!
