New Investor Looking of Help

Posted

I’ve recently got a taste of a successful real estate deal and I’m hooked. I own a commercial HVAC/R company with a crew of 8 people. I have a crew of people capable of flipping houses all in house. So, I’m on the hunt for deals. Looking for contacts who might do wholesaling in the area. Any other advice on how to search for deals or mentors anything. I’m going full force into real estate and have an amazing set of resources that will assist my capabilities within the market. Thanks in advance for any input.

Do not be too eager to buy a deal. Run your numbers conservatively, and cherry pick. This is the market that can make or break investors.

Realtors and wholesalers are the best lead sources in my opinion.
