But tourists certainly would not as the towns are 25 miles apart which, in a snowstorm could mean well over a 2 hour drive.Steamboat is also about 10 square miles, so if there were a "bad" part of Steamboat (and there isn't), the whole town would be close to it.Steamboat has a quaint downtown area, a very definitive ski-resort area and then the rest is all highly agricultural with cattle and horse ranches as well as farms that grow livestock feed crops like alfalfa.

This is maybe because of some of the hesitance of tourist unsure if they want to travel there yet, but it appears people are making bookings but more or so closer to the travel dates.

My father owned tourism based businesses, and liquidated a few years ago, his contacts got him onto a group who buy property management rights, they offered him a buy in to the next property, a resort on the Gold Coast (one of the most popular tourist destinations in Australia), this investment (which was thoroughly looked over by his accountant and lawyer) over the past 3 years has been netting him on average 18% per year, passively.
