You all seem to have the same reaction I did - a Complaint Resolution clause that gives the Property Manager a veto over anything I might say about him publicly, forever, is a big red flag, a warning that something is not quite right.Even if I were to negotiate that clause out of my contract, it wouldn't restore my trust in this Property Manager's on-line reputation.

Don't get me wrong I have benefited greatly from reading posts from those more experienced than me but this kind of reaction from you comes across very negative.

Honestly, I found here reaction to my call hilarious.

Of course it is also a good sign you need a better opening line and you need to be prepared for that reaction.

Of course from the wholesaler's perspective this is a great clause, so I'm wondering what kind of reaction you've gotten from sellers about that.

We may justify our reaction as appropriate remediation for whatever crime has been perpetrated, but fighting fire with fire rarely elevates the discourse. ... 

I love the way it puts them on the spot and i will watch for their first reaction.
