I noticed there is no pet policy currently in place.

They all currently have pets.

However , we can charge pet fees and security deposits just like with non HUD tenants. 

I see it all the time that some LL charge credit, cleaning or pet fees...all three are illegal!

-Security Deposit: $600-Non Refundable pet deposit $400 (for two cats, though they got an unauthorized dog after the fact).
