My furnished rentals include: 2bd 1 bath - $2,500/m, 3bd 1 bath - $3,000/m and then an unfurnished 3bd 2bath - $2,500/m long term lease.Hope this helps!

But for non owner occupants, not only do you pay 50% more than the owner occupants, you also pay the higher rate on these items that are not included.
