Best/safest cities for house hacking.

Hello everyone,

I work remote which gives me the flexibility to relocate to anywhere in the US. I had desisted of the idea of house hacking due to the fact that most small multifamily properties are  the most desirable areas(based on my experience).

I wouldn't mind not being in a class A area if I was single, but once you have a family it's different.

I'm just curious: Does anyone here know cities where you can find small multifamily (2,3,4 units) in nice neighborhoods?

Thanks!

@Osvaldo Guerra, there are too many nice places to house hack. I think you'll get stuck in analysis paralysis if you think about it like that. I would instead focus on where you ACTUALLY want to live. Because even if it's a more expensive market, you're house hacking, so you're going to be subsidizing your living expenses anyway. I am a 2x house hacker just north of Boston. I love it. It's not cheap, but it's totally worth it for me.
