There is so much rural dense land that it may not be a big issue in Northern Cali, but I would imagine a ban on outdoor grow operations would lead to more demand for warehouse space.

Part of the reason I charge so little is it doesn't have central heating/cooling and has outdoor cold-water washer, hang dry.

Bring in the great outdoors It’s a known technique that any glimpse of nature can boost up the employees creativity.

Ensure you are not conditioning outdoor air.

Now if you can afford to buy a home there that's another thing with average home price in Palo alto pretty close to 2 million for a house in Indy that would sell for 150k  LOL.. that's the value prop of IndyOne reason Portlandia is known as the Silicon forest as well.. lots of out door options close to home and work.Don't get me wrong I love what's going on in INdy I have a substantial operation running there and enjoy taking those old great lady houses and modernizing them.

Here in CA most outdoor places are between 100-175 a month depending on size.

I won’t bring weather into the equation or the diversity or the various outdoor attractions.

Okanogan county is more rural but has a lot of outdoor activities.I think you need to drill down a bit.

The most annoying part of outdoor  lighting is the light pollution that can go with it.
