Exterior Lighting Ideas
I just bought a 9 unit and there are plenty of value-add opportunities on this one, including the parking lot. I already was planning on fixing the asphalt, but someone commented on the lack of lighting outside at night. Any thoughts? How radical should I get with is? Is there a simple solution without spending a fortune?
