According to what I heard and seen from heartbreaking first accounts/videos and sources of events that tragically unfolded in Paradise, CA; a very peaceful town of about 26,000 residences were all mandatory evacuated a few short hours after the fire first ignited early Thursday morning...According to a CNN article, "The Camp Fire left the mayor of Paradise, population 26,000, in shock.

Good question, I became almost addicted to youtube videos, and podcasts before I bought my duplex.

The only one I have found though is GoM1 - of which there is very little information about online except for the videos they put out. 

I missed a video or two out of the boot camp, and while it was said they would be posted afterwards (they were live sessions,) they never were.

Luckily I’ve had and continue to have some prominent clients in the fields of advertising, toys, video games, etc. that have made me pretty successful in that world.

Especially since I have been reading and watching videos based on how tenants can not be very fun.
