The remedy may be that I get a qualified attorney to draft a Promissory Note to capitalize my portion for $1mil to the benefit of the LLC and the LLC records a lien against my property.This is as legit as it gets but there are several conditions that have to be met including proper wording on the OA of the LLC and the PN as well as the proper wording on the lien itself to be compliant with the specific state where the property used for collateral is located.
