I understand the contracts, financing ( I was a loan originator), what can and can't be done, I know what keeps you from getting sued, how to set a price, I'm not offended during a walk through if the house isn't perfect and someone makes a disparaging comment (they are thinking out loud to see if it sounds right to them) maybe it's not actually a deal killer.

Vrbo is not accepting new Subscription Listings and will only allow the renewal of prior Subscription Listings.It sounds like most don't do the subscription listing from what I read here but it's always been a no brainer for me.

I've never used Cozy.co before, but it sounds like a lot of the investors in the area use it to list their properties, screen tenants, collect rents, etc.
