What floor is the condo on and is there an elevator?

I found that the texts seemed to elevate the urgency of routine communications.

In a nutshell, I am doing AsBuilts (floor plan & elevations), schematic design (new layout), CAD input of the layout, new elevations, Broadcasting plans for budget numbers from key vendorsCAD sections and details, coordination of structural framing from manufacturer and vendors, foundation certificatecoordinating expediterAll in the effort of getting the permit application number by the end of day 21.Some difficulties that we are having are Varied municipalities / varied plan submittal requirements; the requirements are such a moving target from office to office and day to day, it seems.

I feel like if I left a gap above the door and the window, although the elevation would line up it seems like the window would look weird.Anyone have any other thoughts?  

Only thing pending right now is that I have the deal contingent on a Land Elevation Certification.  

In some cases this was impossible (foundation elevations for revised flood elevations) or impractical since it would involve almost total demo.

We have a beautiful condo on the 3rd floor of a non-elevator building.

Fortunately economic is my hobby and I do have a elevated understanding of stocks. 

Are you still purchasing aggressively or have the financials stopped working with these elevated prices?
