Creative Shower Glass Ideas

I'm working on finishing out my shower and I'm worried I didn't leave enough room to allow it to air out after a shower.  If you look at the pictures, the idea was to do a door and a window.   I've had it suggested have a 4-6 inch gap above the door and that might be enough, but I feel like I should have some kind of opening in the window as well but I'm not sure what would look good.  One idea I had was do glass on only the left half of the window to prevent water splashing back.  I feel like if I left a gap above the door and the window, although the elevation would line up it seems like the window would look weird.

Anyone have any other thoughts?  I'd like to solve this problem with creative glass solutions, rather than do any rebuilding.

Here are some of the pictures of the shower.

Hi John,

We have a similar shower in our house, completely glassed in. The door has a 6" gap at the top to help it dry out, but I find that just isn't enough. I agree with @Mike F. that getting a door with a hinge that will allow it to swing both ways is the way to go. That's what we've got, and after the shower has been used, we just swing the door inwards, and the space is dry in no time.
