Not exactly what I signed up for.  

I got pre approval from https://www.loanguys.com and I am having a lawyer look over any additional documentation before I sign, but something in my gut is telling me to avoid them.

The problem is that the tenants came with the investment property and while I have a lease with their names signed, I do have any additional info like their SS# or Driver's licence#.

We recently signed a lease with tenants (2 people - Person A & B) where they have 1 renter's insurance.

Hence what made me sign up here in Nov 2022.  

I understand an affidavit stating "I intend to occupy..." must be signed in order to obtain approval.  

We just signed one of our new builds and that is how they structured.

The city will require a few pictures of the apartment to make sure it is live-able and once a lease is signed and submitted to HRA, they will verify the applicants income, and it will take up to 10 business days for NYC HRA to write a check for the total amount of the 1 year lease.
