I use Pocket to save articles for later, when I ride the train, sit in a doctor's office, or wait in line just about anywhere.- I only buy ETFs on Wednesdays.

Lots of first times, more excited than riding that bike, IMO. 

The siding could have been severely faded or hail storm which would cause someone to re-side this. 

I am grateful for the experiences, knowledge gain and general wild/interesting ride.

I ride my bike or go for a walk with the kids.

It reminds me of a ski lift ride I took up at Whistler in the mid 80s nice Canadian couple were going to wait until the Chineese quite buying and causing prices to rise in Vancouver...

Is there one or does the ride end at Riverwest, Walkers Point, Bay View, Lower East side, etc... 

Inevitably, some of the homeowners refused to sell, and some of the investor-owners decided to hang on and ride the gravy train of appreciation.

I might be refinancing against lower property values if the market is down, but I figure that's OK since I still own the property and can ride the prices back up over the next decade.Thoughts on this idea?
