Afterall, that's exactly what brought them running here in the mid-2000's.I'm not saying that you can anywhere in Stockton and sit on the property 6 months and sell it for a massive profit...I'm saying that if you pay attention to trends, especially when they already mirror what happened just a decade ago when housing prices went up in the Bay Area and Stockton was the last affordable place to move to, and you buy in the RIGHT area and wait for the growth to happen over the next 3-5 years, it's a solid investment decision.
