Hey BP,I have been researching the pros and cons of a business partner and I think with my personality a partner would do more good than harm. 

If it was me, with what I've learned about making some money from zilcho, I'd be sleeping on a couch as close to my workplace as I could get and riding the bus.Here are the two excuses about that we always get here on BP: my spouse just...couldn't do something like that.

As a broker consider a similar move the things I have realized in RE is that people are so hung up with the social side to real estate that they frequently make decisions that are harmful to them.  

No need to get harmed/killed while sorting this out.  

If the numbers work, we can move forward with a deal, if they don't, there's no harm done with seeing the deal and you can always delete the email. 

I could see more of this business happening online which could harm their business model.
