@Joshua Chen take my advice or leave it...BP is full of people willing to share their expertise and insight, but you really should spend some time researching topics before asking someone else to take their time and write another explanation for you.  

If irs does send you a letter asking where is this LLC reported, just send back explanation it did not start business until 2015.

The simple dollars and cents explanation of denying them the house should keep you out of any trouble and leave them to try and sucker another landlord. 

Logically, his/her explanation doesn't make sense.

The $10k was for 14 months of taxes and they provided no explanation as to why they have to collect 14 months of taxes in advance. 

I believe the difficulty comes when trying to exit the REIT, but I'm no expert.Other than that, you may have to just expand your search net in terms of asset class and geographic location.

@Jay Baxter You may want to look up @Jay Hinrichs website TurnKey-Reviews.comThe site allows you to search geographically and includes reviews of the companies.  

I asked the agent for an explanation and he said that the definitions page of the policy removes the co-insurance as an agreed value coverage.
