For example, should I get a double door nice fridge with an ice maker for 1200 or should I get the nice bu more average regular fridge with the freezer on top for 630.

For the garage apartment, it is still a dog, but the rent is cheap, they cannot afford more, I have raised their rent $25 each year and have replaced  the fridge and unstopped the sewer line.  

We always provide them with an efficiency so they have a fridge and a stove.  

(the seller is throwing-in a newer white fridge located in the 2-car detached garage, which by the way offers tons of storage, cabinets and working space.
