So those urban core assets where elevators and other enclosed and high-density spaces are prevalent might make some uncomfortable and result in less demand.I'm actually optimistic about COVID _not_ affecting the decades long trend of population migration to urban cores, but maybe I'm being naive.

And if I've learned anything else, it's that HOAs suck - and sure enough they just jacked up the required elevator move-in/move-out fee from $75 to $500 after the first move-in/move-out.

I can pretty much guarantee you that, as a CNA, not only CAN you use real estate/househacking, then moving on to owning other properties, but you will pretty much HAVE to do something creative to elevate yourself.

In a nutshell, I am doing AsBuilts (floor plan & elevations), schematic design (new layout), CAD input of the layout, new elevations, Broadcasting plans for budget numbers from key vendorsCAD sections and details, coordination of structural framing from manufacturer and vendors, foundation certificatecoordinating expediterAll in the effort of getting the permit application number by the end of day 21.Some difficulties that we are having are Varied municipalities / varied plan submittal requirements; the requirements are such a moving target from office to office and day to day, it seems.
