Im looking at building properties in eastern Idaho or western Wyoming targeting the lower income and workforce housing markets with new, affordable (little a) apartment options.

Not sure if I mentioned in previous conversations but I own and self-manage a 13 unit rooming house in Eastern CT.

It is our plan that properties in this unit range will be manageable yet add to our track record.Are there any commercial real estate brokers in the eastern PA region who work with 5-20 unit multi-families?

Maybe outside of Wilmington as well, general Eastern NC (Onslow, Pender, Brunswick Counties).

We recently moved from Oregon to Eastern Iowa last summer.

For instance if you were to look say in Iowa, specifically in Altoona Iowa, if you were to look in the south eastern region of that town, that's where all the newer construction, or relatively new construction is, the people are nice enough they have stable jobs and the lawns look nice and manicured.

I'm also looking at properties on the Eastern Shore, my wife is from that area and I've seen a lot of opportunities and talked with an older REI.
