The Black Diamond meetings are great and worth getting out to the one in Waltham (2nd location in Worcester, today/Tuesday if you feel inspired to get to one ASAP).

Heck if he's your friend shouldn't he be helping you find the one or two diamonds in the rough on that tape?

There are some real diamonds in the rough there for housing.

I live just a block over closer to River Road.That's why the house right on Warwick could be a diamond in the rough.

If he had USED and leveraged Google and the internet, he wouldn't have to do the work and reach out to a ton of people hoping to finally find a diamond in the rough, right?

The Black Diamond event in Waltham in next Tuesday and a great one to go to (2nd location in Worcester too) and also the Boston Area REIA meets next Thursday in Medford so that is a close one that is good for newbies.

You're definitely not the only one in the Ocean State on here at all.You mentioned making new friends, so when your time allows, I'd recommend checking out the RI Real Estate Investor Group and if you have any interest in Massachusetts I'd also recommend Black Diamond REI.I'm assuming the real estate classes you picked up were through the RI Association of Realtors but in case not, I also recommend the RIAR classes.

She didn't want to set the #.Price low and let buyers duke it out.We will see, this property is not a diamond in a rough.
