:)Seriously though, like I said above, there is certainly a compromise (and again, I think we're in agreement) -- submit lots of offers without looking at the properties, but make sure to let the agents know that you're happy to look as soon as you get indication that your offer is being seriously being considered.As a buyer or seller, I'm good with that approach...and I'm guessing you're saying the same thing...
