I'm Joseph and my wife is Monique and we will be going back and forth from the west coast (LA and Baja, Mx) to San Antonio over the next year because we are part of the tricentennial celebrations that you will be having in 2018 (I'm composing an opera).

I recently graduated from Centre College in KY and came here to play more music.

Buying in the hope of selling after doing some renovations is playing the musical chairs game, at some point the music will stop.

I got interested in real estate as a method to fund my musical projects, have more time for my family and the music business.

Or fix the unit you are in...play musical chairs.

Someday the music will stop and some owners will get hurt to some extent, either simply not achieving projections or catastrophic deal destruction.  

I do work very hard, and I make money on the side producing music videos (one of my passions) in addition to working full-time.

While Charles mentioned that as a carpenter you will want to know.....but I did not see where you stated your experience orskill level.RE is not the Music Man, where you can use the "Think Method" just because you think you can does not mean you can.
