I'm Joseph and my wife is Monique and we will be going back and forth from the west coast (LA and Baja, Mx) to San Antonio over the next year because we are part of the tricentennial celebrations that you will be having in 2018 (I'm composing an opera). We're also into real estate. We've fallen in love with SA and would really like to invest in single family homes (rentals or flips) or multiplex rentals. We know No One in SA in real estate, so we would love to meet RE agents, rehabbers, project managers, etc to try to get something going. We are scheduled to be in SA next week (June 12) and in between meetings with many of your most excellent arts institutions, we would also like to check out the local real estate BP community!
