I think the last thing I snail-mailed was my wedding invitations 7 years ago, lol.  

we always meet the first Wed of the month (unless it’s is a holiday) but also have meeting at other times.

I was lucky to be able to take a quick 6-week course during which I attended class all day Mon and Wed.

They meet every Wed. 12pm-1:30pm at Oriental Buffet Restaurant on Bee Ridge Rd and Macintosh Rd.

He'd farm the wedding/divorce/obits published in the paper.

We finally figured we would do a house hack on our first property because of the wedding that is approaching.

I have no debt other than the 110k at 6%4-I live in a good area where short term rental is possible lots of seasonal events and weddings. so having a large house which is kinda unique to the area seems like it would do very well.
