There are a ton of means to do this, from Craigslist, newspaper, Facebook, etc.

I should have been following events on campus using the student newspaper (they have an online version I could have gotten access to). 

Gosh... in most states the executor of an estate must be announced publicly, usually in a leading newspaper or business publication.

Ive been marketing to motivated selllers via: newspaper ads, small local publications and driving for dollars.

I mean, if your tenant advertised in the local paper to sublet the rental property without your agreement, would that be the newspaper's fault or the tenant's?  

@Najeriq Mentor Thanks, I'll check the local newspaper for the names of inheritants. my county told me that once I have this list, I'll be able to find all the info online.
