I've just closed on a house at 65K that should have sold for 80k - 84k.

Hi there, I am two weeks into my FI journey and I recently found a savings (traditional) account I had forgot about and with it I have a couple of options: (1) forget about it again, (2) pay off my car, or (3) combine it with my “down payment” savings.

I recently found a HELOC widget on Chase.com that makes it super easy for Chase account holders to apply for a HELOC and it even has a function to allow HELOCs to be converted into fixed rate loans after being generated. 

I just recently found out about this site, I'd be interested to learn more about it too.But from my looking around, it seemed like they give a heads up of what auctions are happening in the area you're searching so then you go to the courthouse auction in person.
