Wholesale advice for NJ & DE
Hi Everyone! I’m fairly new to BP and I just wanted to get some advice from anyone who can help. I want to start getting into real estate investing and I’ve been researching info on wholesaling, however I would like to wholesale in both NJ and DE. From previous sources I’ve heard it’s hard for NJ but I am unsure about DE. If anyone has helpful information for both or one of the states, please let me know !
