Save a pot of MONEY.

My parents talk about how the baby boomer generation going to be a huge failed generation, after all, they where the pot smoker/hippy generation and now they are the respected generation, who - by the way - raised the Millennial generation.  

You need to give him notice to cure, if not done in 3 days follow up with eviction action. check local landlord laws to know for sure what notice period is.. and if you have a crime free / drug free addendum you can follow thru on the pot complaint also.As far as listing property for sale until you have correct info on his lease I would not expect any cooperation, you probably would have to show up for each showing,, with proper 24 hours notice to enter so you can let the agents in.

Might they require you throw some cash into the pot?

We lived for weeks with a toaster oven, microwave, and hot pot during a kitchen remodel.

However, all communities (primarily along the east bench) do well.  

If these are all disregarded entities (single member LLCs) or closely held LLCs, there is a chance you could get in serious trouble doing this kind of thing, as it is likely the Judge would just Bench Slap the idea as being a flagrant attempt to circumvent federal law. 

We are considering whether to find some cheaper housing to rehab with dorm room quality construction (i.e. highly durable with no frills) and cater to the people who are focused on smoking pot and skiing.I'm not concerned about finding renters but I am concerned about whether the renters are going to remember to pay. 

If not, you have two many hands in the pot.  

Those freestanding benches with a high back doubling as a coat rack would work great if it fits.
