Flooring, paint, windows, kitchen, bathroom,..you done ..35K being a magic number.A thorough full day inspection will (hopefully) tell you if you should include in your budget expensive repair that pertain to plumbing, electricity, structure, foundation….and eventually lead you to the decision is the deal a real deal or not.How do you know if you need a new service or not (even though all faucets are closed that water meter at the street is running like crazy ..I wonder why ;-))?

When you get a tax bill for a property through Zillow, you need to find the necessary info to go back to the County Recorder's website and look up the documents which pertain to the property - the PIN won't do it because they're not indexed / linked by PIN.

Aaron, some contracts have a clause pertaining to the acceleration of an obligation in the event of bankruptcy, but that plays on you, there really isn't anyway you can keep them from filing anyway and many of those agreements won'y hold water.

Those questions only pertain to the extent of a property meeting the needs of a tenant, not to what type of therapy they receive.These are usually highly trained dogs and I'd have no issue with a certified dog regardless of the breed.
