Update on the matter of false advertisement of my property in Vegas:I called and asked to speak to the owner of PM company and expressed my concern about my property's ad being linked to wrong property when prospective tenants call 1-800 number.

You would be surprised at how often tenant's seem "wow-ed" by properties and express how interested they are and they'll take it.

I attempted to call to expressed that I wanted to purchase the house and would be willing to wait a few weeks if he could provide a clear title.

I'm not sure if i am asking the right question but id appreciate feedback and hopefully be able to expand the wall that's not allowing me to express the many questions trying to escape my head :)

I used Real Estate Express as well and have no complaints.

I'm no Expert and still learning, I'm just expressing from what I've studied.Also, I do agree that finding a buyer first, ask specific questions,take action in the buyer needs, will save a lot of time and incidents like the one you stated.

Bill:I was just trying to let Thomas know there are folks here who speak his mother tongue - in the event he encounters a situation where he cannot quite express what he wants to in English.

This unit is located in a C- neighborhood and definitely needs some TLC, but both units are occupied and the tenants have expressed a desire to stay.
