Evolve and Vacasa charge less than that, but are not local and not quite full service.

Hey Brady, did you use Evolve? 

I bet if you look a little harder you will see more MH's around, they are not all straight metal blocks, many are double and triple wide homes with dormers and inset porches, wood or vinyl siding and composition roofs they have evolved to be rather pleasing.

Larger management companies like Evolve may offer a 10-12% management fee but you lose quite a bit in terms of service in my opinion.
