Property manager fees/recommendations
Hi,
I am new to BP. I am looking to invest in a property in Port Angles and trying to understand a few things about property managers for Short term rentals. These would help me to analyze properties and make some decisions -
What are the percentages property manager charge in Port Angeles area?
Should I connect with property managers right way when I make up my mind that I want to invest in the area or once I have a property under contract? If I need to start early, I would love a few recommendations.
Are there any forums specific to Port Angeles or surrounding areas here on BP that I can join?
Thanks,
Sonam
