I would like to say that I have a lot of REI knowledge, but after reading some of the post and e-books on bigger pockets, I'm sure there is a lot more to learn.

That is not the one I was suggesting (it is a good book though and highly recomended) but I was referring to Brandon Turner e-book 7 Years to 7 Figure Wealth.

It's basic wholesale knowledge you can learn for free here so there isn't anything you can't learn from the book than you can learn here at BP for free.So in retrospect I wouldn't spend the $50 he charges for that ebook.
